About the event
Background:
In 2025, the international community will gather for the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3), commemorating significant milestones in ocean conservation efforts. Building on the momentum from previous conferences, UNOC3 will be held from 9 June to 13 June in Nice, France. Organized by the United Nations and a coalition of international partners, this pivotal event aims to accelerate progress towards sustainable ocean management and the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
